Wethersfield Academy for the Arts Summer Art Show!
The Academy is holding a Summer Art Show for youth artists, at the Watson Gallery in the
Keeney Memorial Cultural Center in Old Wethersfield, August 2-7. Youth artists can submit
up to three entries. Drawings, paintings, sculptures, and additional media are welcome.
Register your artist’s entries on the Academy’s website (wethersfieldarts.org), beginning July 1. Submission deadline is July 30. Artists are encouraged to submit their best work. Each artist will have at least one work selected for the Show. Selected entries must be delivered to the Watson Gallery on August 1. Painting and drawings must be attached to a hard surface such as cardboard or a canvas panel. Frame is strongly preferred.
