It’s that time again! Wethersfield Historical Society will host the 14th Annual Taste of Wethersfield benefit Saturday, April 6, 2018 from 7:00-9:00pm at the Wethersfield Museum in the Keeney Memorial Cultural Center. Do not miss the tastiest time in town! Enjoy lively musical entertainment while you immerse yourself in the inspired dishes from some of the best restaurants and caterers in the Greater Hartford community. Participating restaurants and vendors will include Carmela’s Pasta and all your local favorites. Past participants have included Lucky Lou’s Bar and Grill, Utsav Indian Cuisine, Heirloom Market at Comstock Ferre, Village Pizza, Old Wethersfield Country Store, Vitos Restaurant, many of whom are sure to return. Savor a variety of great wines and beers that pair well with the food tastings and put in your bid for some of the great items at our silent auction. Celebrate with friends and try new things at this fun event that helps fund Wethersfield Historical Society’s free or low cost educational and cultural programming for children and adults. Generous corporate sponsors include D’Esopo Funeral Chapel, ShopRite of Manchester & East Hartford, and Mendoza & Associates, LLC of Rocky Hill.
For one price, attendees gain access to all the food and drink at the event. Ticket sales will begin on March 6th 2019. General admission tickets are $30 when purchased in advance through Friday, April 5th at 4:00 pm. They can be purchased online at www.wethersfieldhistory.org, www.eventbrite.com or by mailing a check or coming in person to our administrative offices at 150 Main Street, Wethersfield, CT 06109 from 10am-4pm Tuesday through Friday. General admission tickets can also be purchased at the door for $35. Patron tickets can be purchased online at www.wethersfieldhistory.org, www.eventbrite.com, via mail or in person at the administrative offices at 150 Main Street for $55. Patrons enjoy early admission at 6:00 pm with full access to the food, drink and entertainment, as well as a special prize drawing just for them. This event is only open to attendees 21 and over.
