In this exciting two-part workshop series: In Depth: Portrait Drawing From Life, acclaimed portrait artist Chelsea Bard offers an immersive exploration of the use of dry media to convey character and energy. Working with a live model, students will learn structural anatomy, achieving naturalistic likeness by observing light and form. Along with demonstrating her process, Chelsea will offer individual instruction and critiques. This workshop is open to all skill levels! Please see the attached materials list below.

An evening reception and exhibition of Chelsea’s work will be included in this workshop!
