Join the Wethersfield Library for a presentation focusing on Connecticut residents who fought in World War II. Of the over 9,000 Americans buried in the Normandy American Cemetery, learn about the two women from Connecticut buried there. Learn about the highest-ranking American general killed in the war, General Maurice Rose of Middletown. Connecticut connections to Pearl Harbor are explored as well as many remarkable stories of Bradley Field and Connecticut’s contributions to the production of war-related material.
