Arbor Day Celebration

April 27th, 9:30am. Arbor Day Celebration/Tree Planting

This year join the Wethersfield Village Improvement Association along with Town dignitaries at Hanmer School Sat. April 27th at 9:30am. The town’s 4th graders will read their poetry and show their drawings of trees. Hear the John Chester Fife and Drum Corp as they perform.

Whats being planted? A Ginko Tree along Garden Street; a living fossil with no known relatives, it has survived in present form for millions of years.
