Join us on Tuesday, September 24th at 2:45 for a paint party at the Wethersfield Library! Pam from Pam’s Picassos will show us step by step how to create a masterpiece to take home. No experience necessary; all supplies will be provided. This program is free and open to teens in grades 7-12. Registration is limited to 15 participants.
