Group Bike Rides
May 1, 2:30pm and 3:30pm & May 21, 9:00am and 10:00am. Group Bike Rides
Old Wethersfield and Great Meadows Group Rides:
- Free, no advance registration
- Both rides start from Keeney Cultural Center parking lot, 200 Main St, Wethersfield
- Do one or the other ride, or both rides
- flat terrain, easy pace, no one left behind
- led by Bike Walk Wethersfield instructor, certified by the League of American Bicyclists
- bring your own bicycle, helmet required, water recommended
- “road bikes” with thin tires are not recommended – rides include some gravel surface
- OW ride leaves first, followed by GM ride one hour later

about 4.5 miles and 45 minutes long, including some short stops at points of interest

Scenic ride through farm fields and along CT River to Rocky Hill town line and back
About 6 miles and 45 – 60 minutes.
Option if all riders agree: 10 miles / 2 – 2.5 hours ride to Rocky Hill Ferry and back
