Brighten your home this winter with spring blooms! You are invited to participate in a bulb forcing workshop on Wednesday, October 27th at 10:30 in the Webb Barn. Participants will learn the best method of forcing bulbs into winter bloom and will take home at least 7 pots of various bulbs including, tulip, anemone, iris and daffodil to enjoy while the snow flies. All materials will be provided including, pots, bulbs, soil, labels, etc. The only requirement is that you have a storage space for your pots with temperatures between 35 degrees and 45 degrees. An unheated garage or basement or the bottom shelf of a refrigerator will work.
