Author and Wethersfield resident Diane Sheehan Shovak will be at the Wethersfield Library, Thursday, November 29th from 6:30 – 7:45 p.m. to discuss her book Deceit. Set in Vermont, this mystery opens with an overheard altercation out on a lake. The scream that tears into the black night begins the unraveling. Lies and secrets are exposed in the family and in the town.
Diane Sheehan Shovak is a member of the Writer’s Circle and has published personal essays, a short story, and a poem in two books published by the Circle: Spilled Ink in 2013 and Here Joseph,You Take the Baby: A Christmas Anthology in 2016. She posts regularly on the blog site ctwriterscircle.wordpress.com. Deceit is her first novel. Signed copies of the book will be available for $10.
