James Batterson, owner of New England Granite Works, played a key role in the establishment of Cedar Hill Cemetery. Monuments attributed to his prolific company are scattered throughout the cemetery. Lou Golden highlights some of Batterson’s most extraordinary work including the Colt, Heublein, and Keney memorials on this walking tour. Admission to the program is $10.00 and free for Cedar Hill Cemetery Foundation members.
