The Town of Wethersfield’s Economic Development and Improvement Commission and the
Wethersfield Chamber of Commerce invites you to a Clean Energy Financing Breakfast to learn more about the Connecticut Green Bank’s innovative C-PACE financing program that enables property owners of commercial, industrial, multifamily (5 or more units) and non-profits (including places of worship) to take control of their energy usage and costs.

With the Green Bank’s C-PACE program, building owners can enjoy the advantages of energy upgrades immediately and pay for them over time through a voluntary benefit assessment. It’s a safe investment that produces returns immediately and for years to come.
